Well Balanced Philosophy

At Well Balanced different tools are used to help balance your body and mind. To support you to better health lifelong patterns will be explored to help you identify them.  An holistic approach is utilized, to all therapies, with an emphasis on identifying and addressing any current stressors in your life.

What is holistic?

An holistic approach is to consider mind and body.  Very often when a person has a problem normal methods of treatments will only identify one area and it will be treated in isolation to the rest of the body.  When treatment is given it is not enough to only treat the initial problem and ignore all the rest.  The body works as ONE UNIT.
